Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology has both undergraduate program (BDS) and Postgraduateprogram (MDS).Department deals with the diagnosis of various pathologies involving head and neck region, identification of related underlying systemic illness, Temporomandibular joint disorders and its pharmacological management and also emphasis on Dental management of Medically compromised patients. The department is well equipped to carry out various diagnostic and therapeutic procedure, like digital intra oral and extraoral radiology, ultra sound therapy, TENS therapy, intra-lesional injection therapy ,etc. The department is run by dedicated clinicians who are well informed and highly motivated to train the Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in the ever changing and advancing procedures in clinical Oral medicine. Department encourage various research activities among staff members ,undergraduate and post graduate students and received grantsfor the same.Department has achieved 2 university ranks in the period of 5 yrs.
