Our Dental College was one of the few private Dental Colleges in Karnataka to get such recognition in the first instance.

Research activities are carried out in various branches of Dentistry. Its programs are characterized by academic diversity and an international atmosphere.

I, Dr Shivanand Aspalli, am very delighted to introduce the Forensic Odontology Certificate Program at our institution with Dr Deepak, a distinguished forensic odontologist whose expertise has been instrumental in some of India's and abroad's most challenging cases. I am proud to announce that it is the first fellowship program in the Hyderabad Karnataka region. Over the course of this workshop, students will explore fascinating topics such as age estimation, bite mark analysis, and disaster victim identification.

By establishing this one-year Certificate program, which includes four modules, within our institution, we aim to provide our students with exposure to a futuristic emerging field that integrates dental science with law and forensic investigation. This initiative will enhance research opportunities and promote interdisciplinary collaboration for our students, with specialized knowledge and skills that broaden their professional horizons.

I am confident that this endeavor will inspire our students to explore new avenues in dentistry and contribute meaningfully to society and mankind. I would like to express that this kind of Certificate program is sparse, and only a few colleges are enlightening students in this field of Forensic Odontology in India.
