Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry of AME Dental college provides exclusive diagnosis, treatment and preventive dental care from infancy through adolescence for normal children and special health care needs. Apart from the regular treatment Pedodontic department also specializes in Interceptive orthodontics, Implants, Minor oral surgical procedures, nitrous oxide sedation.

We promote research activity among the staff members, post graduate and undergraduate students. Department holds patents on three mouthwashes and one LA gel. Our Department organized various CDE programs, workshops, hands on courses to provide good scope for clinical learning and research activities. To highlight about the achievements the department has achieved 11 university ranks in the period of 8 years.
